Seniors Rights Victoria Helpline Review

Seniors Rights Victoria is undertaking a review of our Helpline service. We have contracted Lirata Consulting to conduct the review.

The Helpline review is to help us understand what it was like for you to contact the service, and how we have helped. This might be about the information support and advice we provided, and any suggestions we made about other organisations that might provide additional support.

The review will also help us identify any areas for improvement.

From mid February until mid March, callers will be invited to either complete a short survey or speak to someone over the phone, to provide your thoughts. During the review process we will offer all helpline callers the opportunity to provide feedback. If you are interested then we will send you a link to the survey, or we will organise an appointment for you with the consultants from Lirata.

You do not need to share any personal information about yourself or your situation, or why you contacted the Helpline Service.

Your information will be kept confidential.
