Everyone has the right to make their own decisions. However there might be a time when a person is unable to make decisions due to injury or
illness and someone else needs to make decisions.

This free workshop guides you through having conversations with those close to you about these times, choosing someone you trust to make decisions in the future and the legal documents you can choose to put in place, like an Enduring Power of Attorney.

During the workshop you’ll have the opportunity to start an Advance Care Directive writing down your choices and preferences. Those attending will receive a free booklet Your Voice Trust Your Choice and handouts including the Take Control Booklet and Advance Care Directive.

This free event is held in collaboration with East Gippsland Shire Libraries; bookings are essential.

RSVP at your local library, by calling +61 3 5152 4225 or using the TryBooking website.
