Seniors Rights Victoria and COTA Victoria invite our members and supporters to complete a short survey about us, our programs, and our services.
This survey is comprised of 27 total questions, which we estimate will take between 10-15 minutes to finish.
Those who complete the survey and live within Victoria can choose to go into a draw for a $100 AUD Amazon gift card. Participants must complete sections 1 and 2 of this survey; one entry per person will be accepted. Participation is not mandatory.
Survey responses will be accepted until 29 March, and the draw will take place on 1 April. The winner will be notified and details will be published on the COTA Victoria website.
Participant information will not be used for any other purpose besides the prize draw; feedback will be anonymised and analysed to improve and better inform the programs and services of COTA Victoria and Seniors Rights Victoria.
