COTA Victoria and Seniors Rights Victoria are creating a guidance resource to help service providers support older people with disability in digital communication.
We want to hear from older Victorians with a disability about their communication needs, preferences, and concerns, especially when using community aged care services.
For this survey, digital communications include devices such as computers, tablets, and mobile phones, and the applications used on them, including email, social media, text messaging, and video calls.
