Professional referral form

This form is for professional referrals only; personal referrals will not be responded to.

Professional referrals will receive a response within two business days.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for Seniors Rights Victoria (SRV), a person must:

  • Reside in Victoria.
  • Be 60+ years old or 45+ if a First Nations client.
  • Experiencing or at risk of elder abuse.
  • Have at least one legal issue.

SRV is not a crisis service. If you feel someone is in immediate danger please contact 000.
