Seniors Rights Victoria provides legal services and advocacy to any Victorian aged 60 and above, or to any Indigenous Victorian aged 45 and above, on matters relating to elder abuse and ageing. Please download and pass on our Service Brochure.

Your concern is important to us. We will investigate your complaint and respond promptly. We will treat your complaint respectfully and confidentially.
If needed, we will provide an interpreter to help you make the complaint.
Sometimes it is not possible to resolve a compliant completely. If this is the case, Seniors Rights Victoria staff will work with you to look at other options to address your issues. Seniors Rights Victoria staff may follow up with you afterwards to check that the outcome of the complaint handling process is meeting your needs.
